If you can't get into it using the full version of acrobat, print it and scan it in as a jpeg and load it into the header footer of your word document template

Cant you just print the letterhead out, then put the paper back in the printer and print your letter over it

If somebody at your company has the full version of acrobat you can set the pdf document up to allow typing on to the page with emailing/printing options.

You can also open the pdf, pick the select tool, and click on your logo etc, right click and copy it to clipboard, then simply paste it in to word.

Arrow

I would view it in acrobat, then do Alt-PrintScrn, then paste into paint shop and crop it, then copy and paste into word.

Resize it in word and set the 'layout' in picture properties to 'text in front of picture'.

Et voila! (ay vwahla)

The resolution would be too low for print quality hammy.

You would have to zoom it up and capture each section.
