Default Is 12ms Response Time any good for an Xbox 360?

I'm looking into getting a 19" TFT just to use my 360 on. I've found a well priced one and it has a 12ms response time with a DVI connection. Is this decent enough or should I be looking at lower resonse times for gaming?

Also am I best using the DVI connection or the VGA cables?

Cheers?!

I'd look lower. I'd look for at least 8ms, and preferably 4ms. I've seen the 360 running on a 12ms screen, and it wasn't very nice...

Right ok, thanks for that! Found another at 8ms but may look for something else now.

I assume the lower the response time, the more expensive it will be?!

Ive got 2 good quality 12ms and 16ms response tft's for playing PC and xbox 360 on and they are superb, be careful of stated response times as there a numberous ways the time can be measured. Ive seen cheap screens that were meant to be 12ms and 8ms look worse than my old 24ms screen??

Although anything rated at 4ms should be faster than any screen rated at 12/16ms, although some fast screen suffer from low saturation and contrast.

I'm surpised that you are happy with a 16ms screen when playing games on a pc Mark. I've seen numerous (expensive) screens by people like Viewsonic and Samsung which are 16ms, and all of them have been horribly blurry when things start moving quickly (like in fps games for example). What make / models are you using?
