Looking to speak to anyone that has the above and has TV Tuner problems, or any knowledgeable persons that can help

Bought the Vaio desktop because it looks great, was a fast pc and had the TV tuner with pause live tv and record facilities. Then we ran into problems.

First of all it just 'hung' keeping the image frozen and still issuing the sound.

Then any attempt to use the TV tuner would result in the message 'TV Tuner not connected'

After talking to the 'help' desk and the usual BS of reformatting we still got the message ''TV Tuner not connected'

They then had the lump back for 8 weeks, and as many excuses. When it was returned and after the many hours task of putting all our stuff back on it seemed fine.

Now it's in the habit of just sitting there with the picture frozen and the sound still live or just rebooting back to the windows login screen.

Couple of weeks warranty left and not to happy to let it go again !

Would be most grateful if anyone has had experience of this problem or has any advice.
