Default Printer Help

Can anyone help?

trying to set up a printer on a PC in the office and set to shared (works fine on one pc but was slowing it down when anyone printed).

Set up ok on new PC but when anyone else prints to it, it prints a blank page. So prints but nothing at all on the page.

It prints fine from the main PC where the printer is set up (brother 650)

thanks for your help.

Have you tried getting hold of a current driver for it? Is the printer connected to a Parallel or USB port?

Yes have the correct drivers and seems to set up ok and print from the main PC ok.

We've tried using both connections (usb/par) and the same thing happens from any other PC - a blank page printing. (even when printing a test page).

Try disabling all firewalls temporarily and doing a network print.
