Default 19" LCD recommendation

I fancy swapping my aging IIyama VMPro 450 for an LCD. I like the look of the LG L1980Q and the Hyundai ImageQuest Q90U. Both get good write ups, both are around £340 and both have 3yr onsite warranties. Im leaning towards the LG purely on aesthetics.

Has anyone used/owned either and got any feedback positive or negative?

Cheers,
Simon.

Dell are doing 19" LCDs for about £285 at the moment. brightness and contrast figures are comparable to the models you mention although Dell only claim a 20ms response time. I have one at work and think it's a great monitor, although I'm not watching films or playing games with it. The warranty for home users is 3 yrs next business day replacement rather than on-site.

I am very impressed with my 19" Viewsonic.
Always seem to get good reviews. Had it a year & it has been faultless with no lazy or dead pixels and superb IQ.

Viewsonic VP930 is very good - two people I know have these.

I've got the VP191s (8ms), which was replaced by the VP930, which I like.
