Question What consoles do you have or had?

Game Boy
Playstation - sold!
Playstation 2
Game Boy Advance
X Box
PSP

Brother used to have a SNES too, we plugged it back in when his PS got stolen, talk about dated and slow!

I remember the site of the guy who had them all. Sad but very admirable! Does anyone have any import consoles?

PS2 and Xbox

Don't use the PS2 much though, and still play more games on my PC than both the consoles put together.

crazy taxi - Ace
Powerstone - 10/10 mayhem on a cd, best laugh ever in 2 player mode.
Soul Calibur - Oh my God and one of the best looking games at the time
Virtua tennis - Ace

F355 challenge - No feedback wheel for the dreamcast if I remember
correctly but still ace

Sega rally 2 for me was a letdown but the rest were wicked

Iain Young, I trace your mental instability back to the fact your parents went for a Dragon 32 instead of a Spectrum or C64!! It all makes sense now.

Consoles ?

Grandstand
Atari 2600 woody
SNES
Megadrive
N64
PS1
Dreamcast
PS2
GameCube

Will no doubt buy an XBOX360 or PS3 (or Revolution) - all depends on which games come out.

Also Metropolis Street Racer, Project Gotham wasn't noticeably better which shows how good the Dreamcast was.

Red face

A friends bro in law brought back from Japan a NEO GEO console. He also brought back a Megadrive and MegaCD. The NEO GEO just blew the Sega away. The game cartridges were bigger than a VHS cassette and the controllers were near enough full size arcade box controllers. Think the games alone were a couple of hundred quid!!

I'm sure there was another really good console that we never officially got in the UK - PC something or something PC.

Atari Lynx was cracking for its time. Loved the X games surfing, and there was another where you were some future cop shooting robots etc etc....

Amigas rocked too!!! Great time buying an Amiga game, spend the week cracking and copying and then back to game to claim it doesn't work and swap it for another game - took them a couple of months before they banned us

edit - PC Engine never saw one in the flesh! NEO GEO on ebay still fetch £200+

Yep...

I still have a NEOGEO, NEOGEO CD, PC Engine and PC Engine GT (portable) at home.

I think I have owned most mainstream UK/USA/JAP console that has ever been produced at some point.

I have a bit of a fetish for Console gaming.

Normally having paid ridiculas amounts for stuff on initial release in Japan...... just to get the latest gadgets first. If I totted up what all this has cost me over the past 20 yrs of so, I would have a heart attack i'm sure.

I LOVE CONSOLES!!!!

Regards,
Shaun.
