Angry Anyone with E7even Broadband?

Is it me or do they always have a fcukin' problem with their network? Every 5-6 days my connection speed is mind-numbingly slow. For a week now the connection has been slower than 56k dial-up!

I know they're cheap, but this is ridiculous!

Hi mate I am on e7even and yeah I have experienced slow web browsing recently, It doest tend to bother me and in the year I have been with them have only had 2-3 major issues which isnt too bad, its always been resolved pretty promptly.

I think this says it all

"Awaiting component from supplier to resolve issue"

At least looks like they have found the faulty component on the network now and hopefully should be back up and running at full whack soon

They've had this fault for a week now, but...

They say it should be fixed within ''the next couple of days''.

with e7even I think 90% of the time its ok and generally the other 10% is a fault on BTs equipment, well around here anyway, for the price though I cant grumble and if I wanted 100% service I would have paid more and gone for Pipex think my dads been with them over 2 years now and only had it go down once for some maintenance work.

E7even are good aswell sending out half price if you add another 6 months which I usually take up. last time I got a free upgrade to 2mb and 6months extra at half the usual price which aint bad.

yep, got some clients on E7 and it is becoming more and more problematic.

Still, it is cheap though and there has only been 1 occassion where it was down for the day.
They do always blame BT though.

Having a few issues with them. Slow speeds and intermittant connection drops lasting only a few seconds/mintues. Hopefully they will fix the problems, as according to ADSL guide they have a good reputation.

It could be because they are a newish company, and maybe getting a lot more business?? Hope they get it sorted soon
