How do I sync files between pc and laptop on a wireless network?
How do I do it without having to send myself emails all the time? Numptie language please 
Both your computers need to be in the same workgroup.
You need to activate sharing then you can transfer between the shared folders wirelessly.
You can do this by using the set up a network wizard on both computers.
