i have moved house and had to get a new e mail address i have some important e mails on my old name how can i retrieve them im on bt broadband

Depends on how you read your email. If you use a web-based email, then you should be able to log in using your old account details.

If you used Outlook/Express, unless you saved them, you're stuffed

I'm sure others can hopefully help you even more though

if you used outlook express, they should be stored on your computer, do asearch for .dbx files and import them into outlook

even if you used outlook express, most ISP's have a webmail interface. who was it with? If you never retrieved them they should still be there.
