Default Netgear Router Help

I need to do this

Please note: The SoloLink DDNS Service expects to find your device on port 1024 of your router. You must set up your router to perform port forwarding on this port before your device will be available on the Internet.
But I have lost the routers instructions and I can't readily see it in the routers menu

Can anyone point me to the right menu

PLEASE

Hi Phil
Look up netgear on the net, and track down the support number. Its 365 x 24 x 7 and very good.
