Only play the game now and again but have got to a sticking point.
I've completed the beginner events and only have one left to do in the prof league - The GT World Championship. All the cars in there are really quick stuff like Le Mans cars and none of my cars can keep up. Where do i get a quick car as i can't find one to buy that will do the job?

I could also do with some advice! Done all the licenses and want something really quick for the 'Ring! (Sauber etc etc - one of the cars people are using for the best lap times in Evo magazine would be great!).

2 Routes: Either 1) Save up a lot of money, buy something like an audi r8
2) get something that can win either of the enduros at circuit de la sarthe - R8 or a bentley speed 8 up for grabs (b-spec).

Don't scrimp.. wasted a lot of money and time geting cars that couldn't compete. Look online for a prize list.

To get the really good LM cars you'll need access to the endurance league and for that you a 25% completion rating.

Try doing a lot of the Japanese / European / American events to get the percentage up. The 3x 24hr endurance races will get you the F1 car, Audi R8 & Bentley Speed 8 with which to kick metal ***.

...but it means leaving the PS2 to it's own devices while you go to bed / work.

IIRC you get the Sauber by winning the F1 league in Extreme hall.

Use the Minolta with racing hard on front and Racing Very hard on back. Make sure you get the pit strategy right- Try one lap after the computer cars pit. Worked for me. You get it by winning the El Kapitan Endurance race. FANTASTIC CAR.
