Hi,
So far any DVD compilations i have created have been with Nero (re-author mode)and you end up with a series of clips (with gaps) and no menu.
Now i want to move up a step and create a compilation dvd with menu's and chapters,and the film to flow like normal films do.

I have Nero smartstart.What other software do i need?
Is there a one program that does it all?

you can do it all with nero vision express. Im 99% sure anyway. I've made dvd's with menus and chapters on it before

 

i use dvdlab pro. excellent piece of software. easy to use and very versatile. menus, chapter stops, backgrounds etc etc. does all you would need and more.

I have Nero 6 ultra edition,there are so many versions its a bit confusing.

 

it can be done with that, the menus and everything anyway defo can as ive done them, im pretty sure your serial number being the ultra version entitles you to vision express which you can get from here

I've used Nero and TMPGDVDAuthor. I prefer the TMP app very easy to use.

 

Okay,i downloaded a trial version of TMPGDVDauthor and am using dvdshrink as well.

TPMGDVD works a treat,very easy to use as well and you can edit the menu screen etc.I used dvdshrink to create the clips,then imported them into TMPGDVDauthor.

No other software needed.

I only have the trial version of TPMG though.
