i got it, but do i just write it to dvd or can it convert it.

if i write it to dvd, then its a waste as its only a 500mb file

You need another small file to go with it, I think its a .mds. Its a script file I think. Then you can burn the image with Alcohol 120%. Or you might be able to strip the video as a dat file using Isobuster. Then you could play it on your pc with your dvd software.

with alcohol, you can "mount" a virtual drive, therefore you can view the content of the mdf file on the virtual drive.
