Default What are these Cisco things I need to sell???

Where I work I have inherited brand new boxed and unused:

Cisco Catalyst 3500 Multilayer Switch (10 GBIC ports and 2- 10 / 100 / 1000 Base T-ports)

Cisco Catalyst 3500 Multilayer Switch (24- 10 / 100 and 2 GBIC ports: Enhanced Multilayer SW Image)

Thing is I dont really now what they are or do [well I think they are like distribution amps for computers - as we'd say in the video world!].

Can anyone suggest a value and a place to sell them - very tricky getting a new RRP online as no one wants to put it up!

Make me an offer!!!!

Before selling on the web, take a look on the side or at the dispatch note. You might be able to return them to the reseller or distributor for a full/partial credit.

It might be better value if you can

My mate got a tenner for one on ebay the other month. Higher reserve might have been a good idea

Catalyst 3500s are end-of-line now IIRC.

I got a Misco catalogue the other day and I think they had the 3550 equivalents in there.
Can't remember how much but would give you a starting point.
