Got 2 monitors on a new dell pc but having trouble setting them up to display different programs (need Outlook & AutoCAD) - I can't get the 2 screens to show the different programs, both are set as "Display 1" - how do I do this?

You need to set it up so that you have 2 displays. 1st monitor should be set as Monitor 1 and the 2nd as Monitor 2. You then need to enable 'extended desktop' this will give you '2' screens. You will only have 1 start button. Mouse the mouse to the right and keep going until you see the pointer on the second screen.

Enable this by right clicking on the desktop and clicking 'Properties' Click on the 'Settings' tab and select extended desktop
