They're out to get you at all costs - they're still trying to charge me £12 for a package I terminated over a year ago, when they passed on a fictional 'debt' of mine to a collection agency.

The last time I had the less than enjoyable task of porting some domains away from UK2, they charged you and you had to send the release fax in a specific 15 minute window.
