Opening from FTP location in Office
Hi, one of our customers wants to open files from an FTP location (using the feature in Office 2003. At our office here, we have no problems, and can browse the folder lists etc on our AIX FTP server. At the customer site however, the folder lists (and filenames) have the year they were created at the beginning of their name (i.e. /2002_udt/). The folder names look the same (with the year included) when looked at in explorer, yet ftp from MS
OS and they appear OK. Any ideas why this would be?
