Hello
You need something like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...212943321&rd=1 (nothing to do with me, just couldn't be bothered to find a shop that is selling them!)

I've ordered console bits n bobs from www.consoleplus.co.uk in the past and their service has been excellent. They also sell the vga boxes that you need (They also have customer reviews on each product so at least you can get a feel for if something is worth buying)
Might be worthwhile calling them and see what they recommend. The guy there does seem to know his stuff when I've spoke to him for advice in the past!!
I looked at doing the same as you a while ago but ended up buying a Dell 2005FPW (20in widescreen lcd) which has built in s-video and rca inputs as I was in the market for a new lcd at the time too (These screens were reduced from £550 to £365 or so recently)
Good luck
