Wireless Broadband
Currenty got beans through wanadoo and their 'speedtouch' modem. Turn PC on and double click the BB icon and away you go.
Now soon, I'll want to have 2 PC's using the connection. How do I do this? Both PC's need to use the connection regardless of the state of the other PC.
How do I do this/what equipment do I need etc?

You need a router.
You connect the modem to the router, and both PCs and they can share the net connection. You can connect the PCs to the router either by a network cable or wireless. To use wireless you must buy a wireless router, and you must also equip the PC with a wireless network card.

So plug in current modem (speedtouch - is this a software modem and not work?) to router and then plug in PC's using network cards. How does the router 'dial' or connect to the wanadoo server or is that still done by the PC's?

no, the phone line goes into the router (99% of cases the modem is built in for home routers), the pc's plug into the network ports on the router
The set up for broadband is done on the router itself, so in theory when you start up the pc's, just click on internet explorer and the web should pop up. Provided you have entered your ISP information correctly on the router
also check out www.adslguide.org for some useful info
having wireless is a great feature but wireless can be hit and miss in some cases. In my opinion NOTHING BEATS A WIRED CONNECTION for reliability stakes anyway.
