How hard is it to get a wireless network card working?
I've got a laptop and I'm looking to get a wireless card to use it at these public access points like hotels, airports etc. How hard are they to get working like that? I have never used one before so it's all new to me

its pretty easy to be honest, install it like you would a new device and start searching. Depending on the laptop you can get a usb or pcmcia one. around 30-40 ish
how old is the laptop, you may get problems if its old or not running xp with at least service pack 1 on it

Hello
As above, but around £20 from a store, and £10 from eBay: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...VzdWx0cw%3D%3D
