IT staff interviews
I am interviewing next week for a new Network support bod to look after our network. Anyone suggest some fiendishly awkward techy questions I could ask 
or even better suggest any websites with questions of this type

Ask them to design your network
Ask them on backup strategies to suit
Ask them on how they would design/implement an AUP & what it would include & how it should be enforced.
Basically as well as the day-day stuff, find out their potential for management and other abilities & then see how cheap they can be bought if good
