Smile IT staff interviews

I am interviewing next week for a new Network support bod to look after our network. Anyone suggest some fiendishly awkward techy questions I could ask or even better suggest any websites with questions of this type

Care to post the job description/spec? No need to name the company.

I few things I'm doing at the moment.

How would you implement a rollout of Windows updates?

Ask them to design your network

Ask them on backup strategies to suit

Ask them on how they would design/implement an AUP & what it would include & how it should be enforced.

Basically as well as the day-day stuff, find out their potential for management and other abilities & then see how cheap they can be bought if good
