I've not long been running broad band, and have obviously picked something up on my travels, whilst out on the web, i'll get another program trying to open??

then zone alarm says buddy is trying t access the internet??
norton say bckeuatwcr.exe is attempting to connect to a dns server??
usually followed by bckeuatwcr.exe is attempting to access the internet??
it getting worse!! every time i open a new web page, i keep blocking them but would really like to get rid??

any help please??

1. Next time you get a pop up saying "Your p.c. is: not optimized / infected / in need of a clean up. Cancel the pop up, do not click yes

2. Look for Adaware, Spybot Search and Destroy, Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta.

3. Install and run them (in safe mode)
