Unhappy DELL COMPUTERS COMPLAINT !

Does anyone have a direct number though to someone in importance at their head office Bracknell ?

I am having terrible trouble getting a problem sorted & am fed up with speaking to India !

Thanks

I have found that if you ring the business sales as supposed to home sales you will get someone in Ireland, they may be able to give you a number or put you through? Worth a go

A complaint to head office might help, but they'll probably still put you through to the call center in India. If you're lucky you might get someone who knows what is going on, then again, maybe not.

What exactly is the problem you're having?

I just admit, Dell's customer Service has increased in my oponion, about 6/7 years ago they were dreadful.

They have put alot of effort into correct this however, they still have a way to go.

Does anyone have a number for their technical support, preferably not the 50p/per minute one!

There must be a way of finding out the actual geographic number, behind the premium rate line?
