What software do i need to open a DWG file ???

Its a CAD/Drawing file, try downloading DWGview, its free!

Depends on the version, DWG is an AutoCAD drawing file, if it's version 2002 of earlier then free software like Voloview, or Columbus should open it but if it's 2005 or 2006 then you will need a licenced bit of software, Autocad, or Microstation.

Free software from Bentley should allow you to view the file.

Autodesk do a free drawing converter on their website.

they also have an express viewer you can use to view and print it.
