Default ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm Pro

I'm a fan of PC Pro and usually find anything in the top 2 of their labs is superb, with their A-list winnder being totally excellent. A while back they reviewed firewall clients and ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm Pro was their clear winner.

I use ZL at home and with a dual firewall service in my router I find nothing gets through. I also work for IBM and ZL is our preferred firewall solution.

IPCop, its Linux PAT Router / Firewall, run it on an old machine with a pair of NICS, one green and one red. I cant fault it.
