Default Fedora as good as Redhat Enterprise WS?

I currently use RH Enterprise AS at work and it seems really good. Got Windows XP at home and want to make a dual boot. Was looking at Fedora mainly as it is free compared to RH Enterprise.

Can they be compared? Is one better than the other? Is it worth 'paying' for WS Enterprise or will Fedora be ok?

Cheers

I could be wrong but aren't they the same thing up to a while ago. Since then Fedora is now updated by the user community where as Enterprise is supported by RedHat and you need to pay for it. I'd have thought for home use Fedora would be OK.
