Default Does anybody know what is causing this error message

Does anybody know how to get rid of this error message or know what is causing it to happen.

when i click on what information this message contains link it also says
AppName: fgr.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: msgsc.dll
ModVer: 4.7.0.2009 Offset: 0000b759

I have tried deleting fgr.exe files and stoping the process in the task managed but every 3 mins the error message still appears.

I am running windows XP home.
I have also did a scan with AVG and there is no virus's, also adaware has removed any spyware.

I reinstalled windows over the weekend and had no problems until today. Only software that is on my comp is Winamp, Steam for playing Counterstrike and my AOL software. (aswell as AVG & adaware).

I have tried doing a search on google for the error messages but the only site i found that was related, was in spanish.

Someone please help methis is driving me crazy and i have tried everything i can thing of to get rid.
