Allofmp3 explorer

I downloaded the latest version of this software & the program will not run. I tried compatability mode (every option) & it still will not run. Does anyone have a fix for this please?

The error on attempting to run is:
AppName: allofmp3.exe AppVer: 2.2.16.363 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001eb33

System: WinXP SP2

uninstall and re-install usually fixes for me.

Nope - tried that. I've also tried Win98 compatible mode. Also I don't yet have any catalog files to delete as I have not been able to run the program.
