Server 2003 - Failed Mail folder ??
2 Questions for all you IT Gurus out there:
1) [Server 2003] When looking at the POP3 connector manager, via Exchange System Manager, in Troubleshooting it lists 28 messages are in the 'failed mail folder'.
Question is, how do I find this folder to delete the failed mail?
(I get occasional probs with DNS routing as the server internet access is via btconnect who still haven't given me their correct DNS server addresses, although I have the ones listed on the internet 213.120.62.97-104)
2) Does anyone have any better DNS Server addresses for BTConnect. I've tried the 63.251.163.102 and 216.52.184.230 but they don't work!
Any help would be much appreciated, as I'm tearing my hair out (what's left) with these 2 areas.
