How do you do it 4G 20Gb Version

Manual at home and its frozen

To reset iPod, iPod (Scroll Wheel), and iPod (Touch Wheel)


Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)

Press and hold the Play/Pause and Menu buttons until the Apple/iPod logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep

looks like you have done evrything right

I'll plug it into the computer tonight to see if that will get it going

at the moment screen on at the end of a song and frozen

The reset for the 4G iPod is to toggle the hold on and then off and the to hold down the Menu button and Select button, not the play/pause button. I think maybe, possibly.
