Jumbled notepad document
Hi,
I was wondering if any of you could help me please.
I have a notepad document on my laptop I need access to. The thing is my laptop screwed up on me a while back, I had to recover it and now the document isn't in normal text. It's in loads of different characters.
How can I change it back to normal again?

I have noticed it's a PLE file and I want it to be a text document like the ones that aren't screwed, how do I change the file type?
