Kernel32.dll Error ....

Default Kernel32.dll Error ....

Me old man has bust his machine again. Only slight problem is i dont know what has caused it to error like this ( more accuratly , i dont know how to fix it other than re install ! )

When trying to run any .exe file that has been downloaded. the error below pops up.



The System DLL Kernel32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly because the DLL C:\blah\kernel32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL .

Hmm.

tends to suggest dodgy device driver etc.. any restore points? what os?

Os : Windows XP SP2 ( I know i know ! )
Latest drivers from NVidia , but the funnt thing is it worked for around 1 month fine , then bang , it packs in running .exe
