You need to change the ownership of the folder you can't access. You will need to be logged in as an Administrator to do this.

Right-click on the folder
click "sharing and security"
click the "Security" tab
click the "Advanced" button
click the "Owner" tab
Select an account or group from the "change owner to" list
check the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" box
click OK, and click OK again on all open dialog windows

Hopefully that should do the trick.
