Anyone know if there is any software for a PC that will record a video image from a miniture pinhole camera only when movement is detected? It can be a switch that triggers it or the movement of the image.

I am trying to avoid it having to record all the time.

A few years ago i used to use a peice of software called Gotcha !, not sure if it still going, although i am surei have my copy somewhere.

It allows you to setup a web cam towatch a specific 'area', say for example your car, when that 'area' changes it starts to record, send an email to you etc...

like i say this was about 3 years ago, so things will have moved on..
