Are we talking brand new? or used?
Worth hunting down AllanB and seeing if he has any good deals going.
If it's used, then ebay would be a good place to start, or your local apple center might have some reconditioned iBooks.

Definitely give Allan a shout - top fella who's sure to help you out if he can.
Check out Apple's site - they run a refurb store from 10am every Wednesday. See here: http://promo.euro.apple.com/promo/refurb/uk/
Also, (whisper it) PC World were selling the previous rev iBooks (the G3's) pretty cheap a few months ago. May be worth having a quick look to see if they've got anything left.

Hi there I work for MacWarehouse ( part of PCWB). We were looking at buying all the older model iBooks but Apple have none left and to be honest the new machines are better value.
I've been looking on ebay and some of the people on there are nuts. They are paying top money for the older slower iBook G4 that doesn't have the airport card fitted.
I can't offer much of a discount as if you know about Apple kit you may know dealer margins are a whopping 2-3% and indeed on some items mark up is barely a quid.
Drop me an email on Monday at allan.bayman@eu.mwhse.com with a full list of what you want and when you are buying and we'll try and sort something out for you. Also let me know what you are going to be using it for to make sure its specced up correctly and the right machine for you too.
