Default Windows - dual monitor - can you use 2 different graphics cards ?

Currently using a Radeon 9800 Pro to drive 2x 17" TFTs - the card has 1no DVI and 1no VGA connector.

However, I was wondering if its possible to plug in my spare GeForce MX440, and use its VGA connector to drive the 2nd TFT instead ?

Anyone do this ?

You can only have one AGP slot. if the gfmx is a pci card then it may work, but you'll have driver conflicts all over the place

Windows XP can handle multiple graphics cards just fine, even if they're different makes. We have some multi-monitor PCs here at work
