Selling Unused software
Looking for advice
I have several pieces of unused software laying about...some are latest versions e.g. mcafee anti virus and personal firewall, as well as pinnacle studio, pinnacle cd/dvd copy.
Can I sell these ? they are not being used and are not on any of my pc's.
They are all legit not copies etc. and are boxed with manuals etc.
Legally can I sell these on

Technically it depends on the EULA of each product, but I can't see a problem. After all, you can resell CDs and console software (games) which are licensed under similar terms. eBay allow you to list software (and OEM software as long as it accompanies hardware).
