recently theres been afew games out there for both. which one should i get for which bearing in mind that the latest pc games may be bigger than xbox can cope with? how would they compare? only heard of halo on the pc not as fun as xbox & none of the others below are out for the xbox yet.

or will i end up buying both copies...

Personally I prefer sitting on the couch with a beer and me 38" widescreen TV so consoles do it for me. If I want to play on the PC it means going and sitting at me desk... I do enough of that all day at work...

Mouse + Keyboard = Work
Joypads = Games

Depends on the games you like but with the likes of TOCA2 and Halo2 on the XBox with the added benefit of Xbox live with voice chat it is very good.

expensive business having to upgrade your PC to keep up with the latest games - XBOX doesn't have that problem.

Also you can't get HALO2 for the PC (yet)

Agreed although for the more sim based racer I'd play it on the PC with a wheel. RBR for example is much better than playing it on console. Plus there's the benefit of updates and mods. But a racer like PGR2 wouldn't feel right playing on PC. I wait with baited breath for Forza Motorsport!

ive tried playing the 1st person shooters on the xbox and im hopeless at getting the crosshairs on the target trying to play "men of valor" i get killed before i get a chance to get them , but if it was on a pc i'd be able to hit the target easy with the mouse

im liking the comfyiness of a settee & big screen. Was absolutely pap at the controllers - didnt like the PS ones at all & was crap at everything - it was that reason why i steered away from consoles - but now im use to them tho still pap at steering with the left joystick
