Default internet explorer

I am wondering how you get the little bar at the bottom of internet explorer back. The one that shows you the url of a hyperlink. I have somehow lost mine and it is sometimes very useful to see it.

Thanks in advance.

if you get the status bar keep disappearing in IE,do the following...

open IE, click view on toolbar and make sure status bar is tick. close IE by clicking the [x] (top right corner) with the CTRL pressed.

then open windows explorer, click view on toolbar and make sure status bar is tick. then goto tools/folder options/view and click apply to all folders.

Cheers for this. Getting fed up having to click view and status bar everytime I opened IE.

Had the same problem and fixed it the same way.
Like the others said though, evenutally I made the move to Firefox in an attempt to get away from unfinished Microsh1t products.
