Problems with Lotus Notes 4.6
Does anyone know if there is a way to recieve HTML emails when using notes version 4.6?
A friend of mine uses it at work and cant recieve emails if the sender has used hotmail, pipex, yahoo, etc.
Is it just a setting or does this version not allow HTML emails.
I use version 5 and I know that does.
Cheers.

The client sucks, but when you have 92 cities and 12,000 users with only one email adminsitrator and no down time, you can bet it's not exchange being used here

Unfortuantely it tries too hard at not being a Microsoft product so everything has to be relearned by the users cos Lotus/IBM don't use the same conventions as MS.
MS are a bunch of money grabbing gits IMHO but they really do get the GUI right in terms of consistency and ease of learning. Once you know your way round one MS product the others fall in to place.

How many viruses do you see written to affect Notes ?
Notes 6.5 is not that bad. We're soon moving to Exchange and Outlook - to be honest I'm dreading it.

Personally my favourite would be outlook and Exchange as I am currently using notes 6.5 and it just seems so slow and clunky.Don't even get me started about notes replication !!
The only good thing about notes is that it can be installed onto AS/400 which never seem to fall over..... (touch wood!!)
