Any Blackberry guru's out there?
I have one Blackberry out of 20 that refuses to do a remote address lookup with our BES, infact it doesn't even have the option when you create a new message "use once" then all the others have "lookup" but this one doesn't... 
Tried syncing with the desktop, resetting it totally, checked the firmware is the same as the others... My head hurts
