Question FAT32 v NTFS

hello

my PC has 2 HDD's. 20Gb + 60Gb.

Until recently the 20Gb had win98 and the 60Gb is my storage drive with about 50Gb of mp3s, mpegs, digital pics etc. I now have win2K on the 20Gb drive formatted with NTFS.

Is there anything to be gained from changing the 60Gb storage drive from FAT32 to NTFS?

cheers
Colin

NTFS is also more robust and less prone to corruption.

I may be wrong, but I think NTFS is a little faster than FAT32 as well. Things certainly seem to work better with 2K or XP on a NTFS drive.
