Anyone taken a TFT apart before?
Came home today & turned the pc on & noticed I had about 4 dead pixels in the middle of the screen, was a bit pissed off but then noticed that the pixels were crawing across the screen
Somehow a tiny crawly thing has gotten between the layers so it looks like I'll have to take it apart to get the little ******* out, anything I should look out for when I'm doing it?

Difficult, bordering on the impossible. TFTs are bonded to the electronics at their edges using bloody delicate connections that, if they fail, are nearly impossible to replace without a lot of dedicated hardware. It is *not* a DIY job.
Take the thing apart, but be extra careful around the edges, and if it looks like you have to do anything other than simply remove a protective screen, or something around the back, forget it.
You'll know you've knackered it if you get a solid line of red, green or blue (or combination of those - r+g=yellow, r+b=purple, g+b=cyan, r+g+b=white) either horizontally or vertically across the screen and you're ****ed. If you do get into that situation, try packing the tape out on the edges of the screen...
Debugging eh?
