Microsoft Fax!!

I know, why am I using it blah blah blah 
We have a PC at work and its sole purpose is to send out fax shots. It has been doing this fine for a few weeks now until today
I select my document, select Microsoft fax from the printer menu, Select the destinations and usually it spends all day dialling numbers. When it is done I load up another bunch of numbers and away it goes.
I came in this morning and now it won't fax bugger all. I set it up, click finish and away it goes. It states :
Processing Message then a few seconds later it changes to
Preparing Fax format and then after a few minutes it states
Could not schedule fax for transmission.
WTF does the last statement mean and how do i fix it

Basically it's god's way of telling you that you should't be wasting other peoples hard earned toners and paper by sending sh1te to their fax machines.

LOL Tell me about it, I spend all day telling people to buy equipment that stops junk faxes and uses toner in a far more economic way, but OH NO, they soldier on, paying through the nose, just so that they can complain
What a great industry I work in
WTF is a hard earned toner by the way? Suddenly they ARE important 
Oh sorry, you must be one of THOSE customers that gets ratty on the phone when we call to offer a cheaper better way of doing it, ah yes, i get it
