Most programs generally do one at a time anyway. As the more you do at once, the less processing power you have to convert it. Do 1 at 100% speed? or 5 & 20% each? Not much point. CDEx is pretty good.

iTunes is great at ripping and organising, you also get the chance to purchace singles, albums and other fun stuff. Works a treat with an iPOD but also works with other players. Two networked machines in the house can share playlist... I could go on!

1 click rips cds, converts to mp3, files, names & creates m3u playlists - takes about 10 mins a cd on my A64 2.5ghz.
Very very easy, I've ripped about 40 cds so far today lol
