Question Unkown ips when using Trusty Files

I'm most probably being rather thick here, being new to p2p, but everytime I connect to Trusty Files and look in an active ports piece of software I have loads of IPs from unkown sources.

I know that the whole point of p2p is to share, but there are already IPs listening in on identified Trusty Files connections.

I thought this piece of software was meant to be spyware free as well. Ever since installing it I get a fair bit of adware and installation requests.

Any ideas on this would be most appreciated.

Cheers
