Hi all

I'm after a copy of Dreamweaver 3 web authoring software for Pc.

I know there are latest versions out at present, but I've used #3 for years, just need to buy a copy of it for a new machine,

Anyone got one for sale or point me in the right direction?

I don't know about MacroMedia licensing specifics, but some MS licenses give you downgrade rights. Theory is you buy a license for the current version of the product but install an old version.

Might be worth contacting MM to see if this is okay. Mind, if you've bought a license for DW MX but install v3 it might not be totally within the license terms but I doubt MM would complain.

Just upgrade, there isn't that much difference between MX and version 3 anyway. You can still use the same user environment 3 provided.
