How do I sort out directing email into Outlook from my website?

well two ways, one is to use a simple link which has <a href="mailto:<your email addy>" or if your host runs php/asp scripts you need a formmail script which lets you modify the recipient email address.

Thats of course If I have understood the question correctly.

I have a control panel but that only gives me the option to redirect sales@ or info@ etc to an alternative email address ???

I thought I could direct email using POP3 ?

depends on your host but yes most hosts offer standard pop3 accounts or forwarding accounts, you need to check with them, who is the host?
