Default Transparent/Invisible browser?

I've heard mentioned (perhaps here?!) that someone had developed a browser that was transparent/invisible, in that it was not conspicuous that you are browsing at work!

Logging isnt an issue here, its more people walking past all day long asking why I'm on scoobynet!

Can anyone remember the program? Or does anyone have a link?

There's a USB pendrive with an encrypted web browser on it. Can't find the link at the moment.
