Automatic install of Novell Client v4.9
Currently have v4.9 sp1a installed on around 50 PC's. The Service Pack is causing problems - slow logins.
Rather than going around them and manually re-installing 4.9, is there an easy way of automatically doing this?
I know of the ACU and UNATTEND.TXT file use, but I can't find any decent documents for the newer clients.

No. We connect to a clients Novell server and it's too much hassle getting their IT staff to do this for us. It would take 3 weeks and have to be authorised by 10 managers
I think the best method will be using an unattend file. Do you know if there's any documentation on all the client parameters for the unattend.txt file? Can't find anything on Novell's site

Right, got it sorted
You use NCIMAN.EXE to configure and generate the unattend.txt file. You wouldn't know it but I've been a MCNE for about 8 years although I've not had to touch NetWare in 3 years with my new job
Scary how it takes so little time to start forgetting the simple things, especially the nearer I get to 30

Yeah, jumped straight into Novell after leaving College @ 18. Since I used to work for a Reseller, I've had to fight with NetWare from 2.2 up to 5. Absolutely loved working with Citrix/Terminal Server and did that solid for a couple of years until I moved to this inhouse job.
Don't get as much exposure as before, but it's completely stress free, I work fexi-time, I can spend an hour or two at the gym without having to worry and I get paid even more for the privilage - result
